About the role#
Kroll is hiring an intern for the Global Mergers & Acquisitions team. You will work on sellside, buyside, and capital raising transactions for middle-market companies. This role offers exposure to clients, board members, and stakeholders in both healthy and distressed situations.
What you'll do#
- Support senior management teams across all phases of transaction advisory and execution.
- Perform financial modeling and analytics for M&A and restructuring deal teams.
- Draft pitch materials, information memoranda, term sheets, and management presentations.
- Conduct research and due diligence on companies, industries, and competitors.
- Manage the data room and coordinate management meetings.
- Maintain communication between the deal team and potential buyers or sellers.
- Contribute to the development of proposals and advice for clients.
- Ensure the quality of all client deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or Economics.
- If in another major, you must have completed at least four Junior or Senior level courses in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
- A minimum major GPA of 3.2.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Strong quantitative, writing, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and personal integrity.
- Ability to work effectively with senior professionals.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 79, 63, and 7 certifications.
