About the role#
KPMG Canada is hiring Technical Consultants for co-op and internship positions in our Global Compliance and Transformation practice. These roles are available for Winter 2027 and Summer 2027 terms. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team that combines accounting, tax, and technology expertise to help clients improve their tax operating models and implement automation solutions.
What you'll do#
- Apply business, accounting, and finance knowledge to solve client problems.
- Assist with the day-to-day delivery of tax transformation projects.
- Support the development of custom solutions and ongoing product development.
- Work with managers to identify opportunities to improve existing tax operating models.
- Participate in collaboration and design sessions with the business, clients, and your team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Financial Management, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- A keen interest in finance, accounting, tax, or business disciplines.
- Experience developing technology solutions using Excel and VBA.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies including Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong time-management and self-motivation abilities.
