About the role#
This is a 6-month paid co-op experience running from January 4th to June 25th, 2027. You will work within our Product team to help build features that reach our customers. This role is for students who want to develop their design skills through hands-on work and mentorship in a team environment. You will be expected to learn, ask questions, and refine your work based on feedback.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to real product design work on active teams, supporting features from early ideas through the final UI.
- Create wireframes, flows, and visual designs to help customers complete tasks with confidence.
- Simplify complex workflows by focusing on usability, visual hierarchy, and clear interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to understand technical constraints and tradeoffs.
- Participate in design critiques and apply feedback to improve your work.
- Learn how data and emerging technologies, such as AI, are incorporated into product experiences.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field with an expected graduation date in May 2028.
- A portfolio, class projects, or personal projects that demonstrate an interest in product design fundamentals like interaction design and problem solving.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and AI tools like V0, Figma Make, or Cursor.
- Curiosity about users and a desire to understand products from a customer perspective.
- Comfort with receiving feedback and using it to improve your output.
- Clear communication skills and an interest in working with others.
- Exposure to usability testing, research methods, or design systems.
- Completed coursework related to data, analytics, or technical systems.
- Prior experience working on team-based projects with engineers or product partners.

- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Modality: This role is on-site 5 days per week at our Boston office.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January through June).
