About the role#
Kingsley Management Inc. is hiring a Co-op Student or Junior Recruiter for the Fall 2026 semester. This role runs from September to December and provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition. You will report to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and work with hiring managers to support recruitment for corporate, property management, and development roles.
What you'll do#
- Support the recruitment process for various departments.
- Review resumes and applications to find qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication, including scheduling and status updates.
- Assist with reference checks and pre-employment tasks.
- Post job opportunities and maintain records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program or recent graduation.
- Interest in a career in Human Resources or recruitment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for phone and email interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with computers and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Previous HR or recruitment experience is an asset, as is familiarity with LinkedIn or applicant tracking systems.
Location & details#
- Location: Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position requiring presence in the office Monday to Friday.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September to December).
- Compensation: $22 per hour.
