About the role#
Dream is seeking an intern for the Development Administration team for a four-month term beginning in Fall 2026. This full-time, paid position offers the opportunity to gain office experience while contributing to project goals and supporting the development team in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside the development team on day-to-day tasks to meet project timelines.
- Interact with various internal groups to facilitate the execution of project deliverables.
- Attend meetings with development team members as required.
- Facilitate the coordination of project memos and manage task lists.
- Provide support to development team members as needed.
- Consolidate current and past project folders into a new digital structure and catalogue records for offsite storage.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling, catering requests, group email distributions, printing, and filing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a College or Undergraduate program.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or Architecture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe/Bluebeam.
- A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.

- Compensation: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.
