About the role#
This position supports the Global Partner Organization (GPO) team. You will work with partner managers and cross-functional departments to drive strategic programs that strengthen partnerships and accelerate growth. This role focuses on go-to-market strategies and delivering business outcomes through internal and external collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Track projects, follow up on tasks, manage pipelines, and document relationships.
- Analyze data and build reports to provide strategic insights.
- Develop presentations and reports for partners and executives.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to support growth.
- Organize meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking notes.
- Maintain internal documentation, dashboards, and knowledge bases.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Operations Management.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- A Master's degree or MBA is an asset.
Location & details#
- Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a requirement to be in the office at least three days a week.
- Term: Full-time, 8-month position starting in January 2027.
- Compensation: $19.46 - $28.55 per hour.
