About the role#
Kimley-Horn is hiring a Graphic Design Intern to join our team in Philadelphia. This is a paid, full-time position that offers hands-on experience and mentorship. You will work directly with our staff to produce high-quality visual materials.
What you'll do#
- Develop layouts and designs for documents.
- Create graphics for presentations.
- Design exhibits and renderings.
- Produce custom print pieces.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field and will graduate within the next 12 to 24 months.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook on a Windows operating system.
- Strong design and layout skills, including an understanding of typography.
- High attention to detail and a focus on professional quality.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- This role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- The position is on-site.
- This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
- You may be required to drive to other regional offices as needed.
