About the role#
This internship provides a hands-on learning experience focused on construction management. You will work with a team to build, estimate, and schedule civil, structural, and utility projects. This is a full-time, paid position for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Review proposals, specifications, and drawings.
- Perform material takeoffs and prepare cost estimates.
- Supervise subcontractors and communicate with vendors.
- Maintain records regarding job progress, costs, and material usage.
- Prepare work plans and ensure quality control.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Ability to travel and relocate initially and throughout your career.
- Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in various climates and environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.
