About the role#
This 12-week summer internship provides a structured, site-based experience within our construction management team. You will immerse yourself in the project environment through a blend of field exposure, practical support, and mentor coaching. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Complete HR onboarding and site safety orientation.
- Shadow construction managers, project managers, and site leaders to observe daily operations and project meetings.
- Participate in a defined site-based project or process improvement task.
- Attend regular check-ins with supervisors and mentors to receive feedback and guidance.
- Adhere to safety culture and project-specific quality standards.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You must be mobile and available for travel as needed.
