About the role#
We are looking for a Marketing intern to support our Marketing, Development, and Customer Experience teams. You will report to the Marketing Coordinator and serve as a primary point of contact for our community and customers. This role focuses on building positive relationships through effective communication and marketing strategies.
What you'll do#
- Engage with prospective customers and partners through phone calls, emails, and events.
- Create and manage email communications and digital assets.
- Produce reports, analyze campaign performance, and present your findings.
- Conduct market research using surveys, interviews, focus groups, and on-site observation.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure all stakeholders have the information they need.

- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York (On-site).
- Terms: Fall 2026, Winter 2027, or Summer 2027.
- Commitment: 25-35 hours per week for 14-18 weeks.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship, though a $200-$300 completion bonus is provided. Class credit is available where applicable.
