Visual Merchandising Intern, Fall 2026

About the role#

KHAITE is seeking a Visual Merchandising Intern for the Fall 2026 semester. This role reports to the Director of Visual Merchandising and is based at the New York City headquarters. This position is unpaid and intended for college credit.

What you'll do#

• Support the Visual Merchandising team with seasonal store updates, window installations, and in-store merchandising initiatives.
• Prepare visual merchandising guidelines, floor plans, product stories, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate product pulls, styling requests, and inventory organization for store launches.
• Conduct store visits to provide feedback on visual standards and product presentation.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of special events and retail activations.
• Research luxury retail trends, competitor environments, and visual storytelling techniques to support future initiatives.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or Architecture.
• Prior internship or work experience in visual merchandising, retail, or merchandising; luxury experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Google Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
