About the role#
We are looking for a Creative Production Intern to join our team for the Fall 2026 semester. This role reports to the Senior Director of Creative Production and provides hands-on experience with the creative production lifecycle for a luxury fashion brand. You will work from our New York City headquarters. Please note this internship is unpaid and intended for college credit.
What you'll do#
- Assist with pre- and post-production for lookbooks, e-commerce, and editorial shoots.
- Support crew outreach and maintain production logs.
- Coordinate and help arrange talent go-sees.
- Help organize and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Assist with setting up style-outs, shoot preparation, and call sheet distribution.
- Support asset management, including file organization and upkeep.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the production closet and supplies.
- Provide general administrative support across the creative and production teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Photography, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or Communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong visual eye and interest in fashion imagery and brand storytelling.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in the fashion industry is highly valued.
