About the role#
This Supply Chain Initiatives Co-op position is based in Essex, Vermont, and supports the Coffee Operating Unit. You will lead cross-functional teams to coordinate Hot Beverage Initiative processes. As the primary point of contact, you will drive alignment on project scope and timelines across internal business partners. You will also help develop and improve project management tools used across the company.

- Collaborate with teams to understand requirements for new product commercialization.
- Document step-by-step processes and create cross-functional RACIs.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage a project from start to finish.
- Present project takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate program.
- Majors in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or Science.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changes.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Essex, Vermont.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 4 to May 21, 2027).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (in office Tuesday through Thursday).
- Compensation: $31.00 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
