About the role#
Kensington is looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to join our team in Toronto. This role focuses on planning, process design, and continuous improvement. You will help maintain smooth workflows and improve operational efficiency across our marketing programs.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate project activities and information.
- Optimize marketing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Support our centralized project management system, Asana, to ensure team accountability.
- Help integrate Asana with other marketing tools.
- Assist with monthly reports for leadership regarding marketing results and plans.
- Support quarterly planning, including workback schedules and workshop preparation.
- Help maintain AI governance and best practices within the team.
- Partner with creative, digital, analytics, and campaign teams to streamline project handoffs.
What you'll need#
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with different teams and levels of the organization.
- An interest in marketing, operations, or project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, SmartSheets, Monday.com, or MS Project is a plus.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based in Toronto, Ontario.
- The role operates on a hybrid schedule.
