About the role#
The Revenue Optimization Intern supports the Kensington Partner Relations team. You will drive supplier revenue initiatives, perform ad hoc analysis, build business cases, and maintain reporting to support business decisions.
What you'll do#
- Model and analyze partner compensation to determine the ROI of partner participation in the Kensington Tours marketplace.
- Develop and implement partner segmentation to support commercial negotiations.
- Build reporting, BI dashboards, and visualizations to assess partner performance.
- Create business cases for strategic growth initiatives.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for supplier content and revenue optimization.
- Conduct market research and synthesize competitive information to drive growth.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Operations Management.
- Strong business analysis and strategic thinking skills.
- Clear communication and presentation abilities.
- Capacity to influence at the senior executive level.
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
- A growth mindset and the ability to adapt to ambiguous, unstructured situations.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $20 per hour.
