About the role#
We are looking for an MBA intern to provide Chief of Staff-style support for our strategic and operational priorities. You will work on substantive projects with end-to-end ownership, embedding directly into active workstreams. This role reports to the Managing Principal of Strategy and Operations, with additional mentorship from our leadership and marketing teams.
What you'll do#
- Optimize our business development pipeline and reporting to support revenue growth.
- Analyze marketing ROI to determine where the firm should invest.
- Integrate AI tools into internal processes and client engagements.
- Build data infrastructure and reporting systems to improve firm-wide decision-making.
- Co-design go-to-market strategies for new practice areas.
- Conduct market intelligence and thought leadership research.
