About the role#
Karp Strategies is hiring a part-time Graduate Analyst for the Fall 2026 term. This role integrates you into our consulting team, where you will contribute to client and internal projects. We look for students interested in urban strategy who are ready to take on project work immediately.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research and write content for client and internal projects.
- Perform data analysis to support project goals.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities.
- Create materials for client use.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a graduate student.
- Academic background in Urban Planning, Economics, Public Health, Political Science, or Business Administration.
- Commitment of 20 to 25 hours per week.
- Interest in urban strategy and consulting.
- Preference for candidates available for both fall and spring semesters.

- This is a paid, part-time internship based in New York, NY.
- The role follows a hybrid work model.
- There is potential for this position to transition to a full-time Analyst role upon graduation, depending on firm needs.
