About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship within the Jordan's Furniture sales department. You will join our Furnish Your Future development program to learn the selling process in a retail environment. The program includes hands-on training, professional development workshops, and networking opportunities with company leadership. You will work on-site in Natick, Massachusetts, with some travel to other retail locations across New England. The internship begins on June 7, 2027, and requires some weekend shifts.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the June Sales Training Cohort.
- Work alongside sales consultants and management to learn the selling process.
- Use a consultative approach to help guests find furniture that fits their needs and budget.
- Complete a project analyzing your findings from the summer and how they contributed to sales.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the department.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising college senior pursuing a degree in business management, business administration, or marketing.
- You are proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- You have strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Prior customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required.
