About the role#
Johnson Lambert LLP is hiring Audit Interns for the summer of 2027. This program offers a hands-on look at the daily responsibilities of an audit or tax professional at a mid-size firm. You will spend time working with clients, gaining practical experience, and building your technical skills.
What you'll do#
- Participate in two weeks of training and development to prepare for client engagements.
- Work directly with clients to gain real-world experience in audit or tax.
- Receive regular, structured feedback from managers.
- Learn to use current technology used in public accounting.
- Develop both technical and soft skills through ongoing training.
What you'll need#
- A declared major in Accounting.
- Active pursuit of a career in public accounting.
- Progress toward CPA eligibility.
- Active engagement in student or professional organizations.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Edison, New Jersey.
- The program runs from June 2027 through July 2027.
- Sponsorship is not available for this role.
