About the role#

What you'll do#
- Work directly with clients to gain experience in audit and tax professional responsibilities.
- Participate in two weeks of initial training and development to prepare for client engagements.
- Receive ongoing structured feedback from managers throughout the program.
- Learn to utilize current technology used in public accounting.
- Build both soft and technical skills through continuous professional development.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a major in Accounting.
- Progress toward CPA eligibility (150 credit hours).
- Active engagement in student or professional organizations.
- A strong interest in a career within public accounting.
- A desire to develop leadership and technical capabilities.
