About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to learn real estate valuation methodologies, strategic advisory for public sector clients, and market analysis techniques. Interns work alongside real estate analysts, transaction professionals, and associates to gain insight into the commercial real estate industry.
What you'll do#
- Analyze complex real estate portfolios, including development opportunities, asset portfolios, and operations.
- Develop financial models and valuations to support team members and client outcomes.
- Conduct market and demographic research using internal and third-party data to determine feasibility.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Participate in client engagement activities.
- Support business development through client proposals, pitches, and relationship management.
- Monitor and update Salesforce, organize team meetings, maintain project databases, and enhance team operations.
What you'll need#
- Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with 2-3 years completed.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Interest in commercial real estate and public sector advisory.
- Permanent US work authorization is required. This position does not offer visa sponsorship.

- Compensation: 9,704.00 - 11,404.00 USD per year. Final compensation is determined by candidate qualifications, location, and market conditions.
