About the role#
JLL is seeking an intern to join the Valuation and Advisory Services platform. This team provides appraisal and advisory services, including financing, due diligence, risk analysis, and balance sheet reporting for commercial real estate. This is a paid, part-time position open to students currently enrolled in a local university.
What you'll do#
- Perform extensive database research and analysis to support team professionals.
- Conduct telephone interviews with appraisal experts in the commercial real estate market.
- Participate in on-site property inspections and client meetings.
- Provide data entry and general clerical support.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a local four-year university.
- A major in finance, real estate, accounting, mathematics, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- Ability to work 30 hours per week during the academic year.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated, diligent work ethic.
- A demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in commercial real estate.
- Please include your overall GPA on your resume to demonstrate academic achievement.

- This role is available in Atlanta, GA; Charleston, SC; Charlotte, NC; Norfolk, VA; Richmond, VA; Tampa, FL; and Washington, DC.
- The position offers a mix of remote and on-site work.
