About the role#
JLL is seeking a part-time intern to join the Valuation and Advisory Services platform. This role supports a global network of licensed appraisers by providing research, data analysis, and administrative support for property valuations and risk assessments. This is a paid, part-time position with a rolling application process.
What you'll do#
- Conduct extensive database research and analysis to support team professionals.
- Perform telephone interviews with appraisal experts within the commercial real estate market.
- Assist with on-site property inspections and attend client meetings.
- Provide data entry and general clerical support.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a local four-year university.
- Ability to work 30 hours per week during the academic year.
- A major in finance, real estate, accounting, mathematics, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- Outstanding academic achievement (please include your overall GPA on your resume).
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in commercial real estate.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivation, diligence, and strong communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
