About the role#
JLL is seeking an intern to join the Valuation and Advisory Services platform. This role supports a team of experienced appraisers by providing research, data analysis, and administrative assistance. The position is designed for students interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate.
What you'll do#
- Perform extensive database research and analysis to support team projects.
- Conduct telephone interviews with appraisal experts in the commercial real estate market.
- Participate in on-site property inspections and client meetings.
- Provide data entry and general clerical support for the department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a local four-year university.
- Ability to work approximately 30 hours per week during the academic year.
- A major in finance, real estate, accounting, mathematics, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- Outstanding academic achievement (please include your overall GPA on your resume).
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach to work.

- Compensation: 6,000.00 to 8,000.00 USD per year.
