About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience with human resources systems, operations, and data management. You will learn about benefits, compliance, employee records, and policy administration while assisting with enterprise change management initiatives. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027 based in Neenah, Wisconsin.
What you'll do#
- Support the cleanup and creation of system data, records, workflows, and documentation.
- Assist with data migration activities by reviewing, comparing, and validating employee information across HR systems.
- Document current-state and future-state HR processes.
- Provide administrative support for HR processes, including new hire processing.
- Create training materials, quick reference guides, FAQs, and employee-facing resources.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
