About the role#
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Intern to join the Jeweler Solutions team for the Summer 2027 term. This internship provides hands-on experience in operations, technology, and customer support. You will work on projects designed to improve team workflows and support strategic initiatives. This role is based on-site in Neenah, Wisconsin.
What you'll do#
- Audit web content to ensure information is current and create methods for ongoing tracking.
- Maintain database accuracy by finding and fixing inconsistencies.
- Analyze operational data to spot trends, build insights, and offer recommendations for efficiency.
- Support the preparation and execution of key projects.
- Review and update existing materials for consistency.
- Help refine onboarding procedures and maintain internal systems.
- Manage updates within internal systems to ensure records remain accurate.
- Provide general administrative and operational support across the team.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A strong interest in research and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools is a plus.
