Ensure readiness of branded materials and promotional assets Confirm travel and logistics details to support seamless attendee experiences Review, optimize, and adjust booth staffing schedules to enhance engagement and coverage Research and evaluate new activation concepts and promotional items to elevate brand presence
Planning & Analysis
Organize and analyze attendee and event-related data to inform future planning decisions Coordinate shipping and accommodation details to ensure operational excellence Assist with pre-scheduling and planning efforts for future industry events Support post-event analysis to identify insights and opportunities for improvement
Industry Relations & Market Exploration
Stay informed on emerging trends within the jewelry and insurance industries Assist in drafting communications and reports that reflect strategic priorities Explore new event opportunities across established and emerging markets to expand brand reach
Miscellaneous
Actively contribute to team initiatives within a cross-functional organization Participate in internship program events and activities throughout summer Support ad hoc projects as assigned
What You’ll Bring: Minimum Qualifications
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Strong attention to detail Critical thinker Strong skills with Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift 25 lbs. and climb a short ladder
