About the role#

What you'll do#
- Assist with the day to day maintenance of your assigned department.
- Handle clerical functions such as answering phones, filing, scheduling, and organizing.
- Provide front-line customer service to visitors and staff.
- Support various events and programs.
- Perform other related administrative or operational duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- The ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with standard clerical functions and office tasks.
- A professional approach to workplace responsibilities and university policies.
