About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship within the Plastic Injection Molding Department. You will work on-site in Germantown, Wisconsin, during the summer of 2027. You will join our engineering and injection molding teams to gain hands-on experience in our manufacturing facilities.
What you'll do#
- Collect scrap data and perform root cause analysis.
- Execute 5s improvements on the production floor.
- Update and maintain floor documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering staff on daily manufacturing projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university program.
- Pursuit of a degree in plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
- While we prefer students with Junior status, all school years are encouraged to apply.

- Term: Summer 2027 (mid-May to mid-August).
