About the role#
We are looking for an intern to join our Economic Damages and Valuations team for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on litigation-focused engagements including business valuation, forensic accounting, and economic damages assessments. This role involves supporting projects related to commercial damages, fraud investigations, shareholder disputes, and family law matters.
What you'll do#
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and transactional data to build financial models.
- Conduct research on companies, industries, and products.
- Help draft expert reports for clients.
- Prepare data for tables, charts, and graphs.
- Perform quality control checks on project materials.
- Input financial and transactional data.
- Organize project documents and maintain records.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 in both your major and overall coursework.
- Completion of relevant accounting and finance courses before the internship starts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- An interest in finance, forensic accounting, or business valuation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

- This is a paid, full-time internship based in San Francisco, California.
- The role follows a hybrid work schedule with remote flexibility.
