About the role#
IV Nutrition is seeking compassionate medical professionals to join the team as a Client Service Associate. This role offers hands-on experience in a spa-like clinic environment focused on holistic health and preventive care. Associates assist with IV infusions and vitamin injections while ensuring a high standard of client comfort and safety.
What you'll do#
- Answer phone calls and manage client appointment bookings.
- Assess vital signs prior to treatment.
- Document client interactions and treatment outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Disconnect IVs while maintaining an aseptic environment.
- Receive training in nutrition-based infusion therapies and support daily clinic operations.
- Collaborate with a supportive team and clinic leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current certification or status as a CNA, MA, EMT, or Nursing Student.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent bedside manner and communication.
- A positive, client-centered approach.
- A genuine passion for holistic health and wellness.

- Location: Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $15–$18 per hour plus tips (averaging an additional $3–$8 per hour).
