About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship for the ETF Product team. You will spend nine weeks working alongside professionals in our Downers Grove office to support the growth of our ETF business. The program begins in June 2027 and offers exposure to product strategy, research, and U.S. ETF launches. Successful interns may be eligible for a full-time offer to join our Early Career Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Research and analyze market data to update product and market outlook materials.
- Support product development by identifying trends and analyzing the competitive landscape.
- Provide analytical insights to Product Strategists to help answer internal sales inquiries.
- Run internal reports and summarize key findings for senior leadership.
- Coordinate data analysis to assist with new product ideas and innovation.
- Contribute to various ad hoc projects and support U.S. ETF product launches.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, graduating by summer 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- An analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine interest in financial markets, asset management, and ETFs.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with R, Python, or VBA is a plus, as is experience with Power BI, Tableau, or AI applications.
