About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship for the 2027 season. You will join the ETF Product Strategy and Research teams to support the growth of our ETF business. This role offers exposure to product development, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work alongside experienced professionals to help drive strategic priorities and gain insight into the asset management industry.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research and analysis to create and update product and market outlook materials.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to identify market trends.
- Provide analytical insights to support internal sales inquiries.
- Run internal reports and summarize findings for senior leadership.
- Coordinate data analysis to support new product ideas and innovation.
- Assist with U.S. ETF product launches and various ad hoc projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program, specifically as a junior graduating by summer 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- An analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine interest in financial markets, asset management, and ETFs.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Preferred: Familiarity with programming languages like R, Python, or VBA.
- Preferred: Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Preferred: Understanding of AI applications such as predictive analytics or chatbots.
