About the role#
International Justice Mission is seeking interns and fellows to support the Investigations and Law Enforcement Development department. This role involves working with staff to liaise with local law enforcement officials, assisting in rescue efforts, and supporting the arrest and prosecution of perpetrators. This is a full-time, unpaid volunteer opportunity for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist with writing and editing reports related to investigation activities.
- Organize and track the progress of ongoing operations.
- Create intelligence reports by organizing and analyzing data.
- Maintain department databases and files.
- Assist in developing protocols, procedures, and best practices for the department.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software and Windows is strongly preferred.
- A mature orthodox Christian faith.
