About the role#
InterDigital is looking for an intern to join our Information Systems team. This position focuses on the development and maintenance of our internal Salesforce environment. You will work on system workflows and data integration tasks while receiving mentorship from department leadership.
What you'll do#
- Build and manage complex workflow systems to support business operations.
- Use Salesforce Flows to gain experience in engineering and automation.
- Update Salesforce Lightning user interfaces based on user feedback.
- Perform data transformations and imports from legacy sources.
- Support the Go-Live process for major system iterations.
- Assist with Salesforce configuration migrations to production.
- Respond to user issues and provide training.
- Provide support for SQL-based integrations and Power BI dashboard development.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Exposure to Salesforce Flows and Lightning page layout design.
- Ability to write SOQL queries to extract and verify data.
- Experience with SQL databases and the Power BI graphics tool.
- Technical programming or data analysis skills.

- This position is located in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
- The role is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid internship with a rolling start date.
