About the role#
This internship supports the Commercial Operations team with market intelligence and sales initiatives. You will work from our Irvine office on a part-time basis, gaining experience across various aspects of our sales environment.
What you'll do#
- Generate leads through vertical-specific data mining using databases, online research, and industry publications.
- Attend meetings to summarize strategic accounts and program performance reports.
- Research and create internal market reports for verticals like commercial real estate, sports, entertainment, and medical infrastructure.
- Research Mobile Network Operator markets, including regional priorities and market share.
- Assist the Marketing team with lead conversion reporting, measurement, and asset creation.
- Maintain internal data systems and CRMs like Salesforce.
- Create data reports to support strategic planning and sales initiatives.
- Research and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline sales processes and research.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Real Estate, Urban Planning, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or Information Systems.
- Standing as a 3rd-year undergraduate or above with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency with the MS Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Data visualization and intermediate research skills.
- A basic understanding of financial reports, legal processes, or data analytics is a plus.
