About the role#
Insulet Corporation is looking for an Internal Controls intern to join the team for the summer of 2027. This role focuses on helping the company maintain compliance with SOX requirements and supporting the internal controls department. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain practical experience in identifying business risks and managing financial reporting controls.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the documentation and testing of internal controls over financial reporting.
- Support the preparation and review of SOX compliance documentation.
- Participate in the evaluation of control deficiencies and help develop remediation plans.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to SOX requirements.
- Assist in preparing reports for management and external auditors.
- Conduct research on specific SOX-related topics.
- Perform other duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Systems/Technology.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A high level of integrity and professionalism.

- Location: Acton, Massachusetts.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027).
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment Type: Full time.
- Compensation: $25.00 to $34.00 per hour.
