About the role#
Innovative Automation Inc. is hiring an Accounting Student to join the Finance team in Barrie, Ontario. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position. You will help maintain accurate financial records and support daily operations within the department.
What you'll do#
- Process supplier invoices and validate documentation in the ERP system.
- Reconcile employee expenses and corporate credit card statements.
- Monitor the shared Accounts Payable inbox and prioritize incoming requests.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, expenses, and vendors.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Finance team.
- Assist with month-end activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or completion of a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and periodically upgrade your skills to meet job requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Compensation: $19.72 - $21.89 per hour.
