About the role#
The Marketing Intern will support the IndeVets team with a focus on AI-assisted marketing operations, content creation, and research. This role provides hands-on exposure to how a modern marketing team utilizes AI tools to plan campaigns, analyze performance, and refine workflows. Interns will contribute to real projects, participate in a group capstone project, and receive 1:1 mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Use AI tools, primarily Claude, to assist with research, content drafts, and campaign summaries.
- Conduct market and competitive research and summarize findings into actionable memos.
- Analyze campaign metrics and surface key findings for the team.
- Assist with content creation for email campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Support the documentation of AI-assisted workflows and perform quality assurance on AI outputs to ensure brand consistency.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to explore how AI tools can improve team processes.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Currently enrolled as a sophomore or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related degree program, or a recent graduate within the last 12 months.
- Strong written communication skills with an attention to brand voice and tone.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including email, paid media, social, or analytics.
- Familiarity with AI tools, particularly Claude, is preferred.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Location & details#
- Location: Hybrid role based in Old City, Philadelphia, with 1 day in-office and 2 days remote per week.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Commitment: 24 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship.
- Equipment: A laptop will be provided as needed.
