About the role#
The Marketing Intern will support the IndeVets team with a focus on AI-assisted marketing operations, content, and research. You will gain hands-on exposure to how a modern marketing team uses AI to plan campaigns, analyze performance, and improve workflows. This is an unpaid internship for Summer 2026.
What you'll do#
- Use AI tools, primarily Claude, to assist with research, content drafts, and campaign summaries.
- Conduct market and competitive research and summarize findings in clear, actionable memos.
- Help analyze campaign metrics and surface key findings for the team.
- Assist with content creation for email campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral.
- QA outputs from AI workflows to flag inconsistencies or errors.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve team processes.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or related degree program as a sophomore or above, or graduation within the last 12 months.
- Familiarity with AI tools, specifically Claude, for tasks beyond basic chatting.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to brand voice and tone.
- A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as email, paid media, social, or analytics.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- The schedule is hybrid, requiring one day per week in the Old City office and two days remote.
- The position requires 24 hours per week.
- Equipment, including a laptop, will be provided as needed.
