About the role#
iMotions is seeking a student assistant to join the commercial team in Boston. As a product representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for prospects across academia, sensory research, market research, media analytics, and advertising. This position offers direct experience with biometric and neuromarketing tools within a sales-focused environment. You will receive training in all areas of the role, and no prior professional experience in this specific field is required.
What you'll do#
- Act as the primary point of contact for iMotions as a product representative.
- Engage with prospects using LinkedIn, phone calls, email, and other communication channels.
- Utilize AI tools to support strategic prospecting efforts.
- Attend relevant meetups and conferences for face-to-face networking.
- Maintain accurate data within Salesforce and other internal platforms.
- Contribute to the overall business development and outreach strategy.
- Manage ad hoc tasks and participate in cross-functional projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a higher education program, such as marketing, business, psychology, or neuroscience.
- Proficiency in professional English.
- Legal permission to work in the United States.
- A strong interest in working with clients in market research, neuromarketing, and consumer insights.
- A desire to develop skills in sales, business development, AI, big data, and commercial strategy.
Location & details#
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts (On-site).
- Schedule: Approximately 15 to 20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate academic commitments.
- Interview process: Availability during 9:00 am to 11:00 am is required for joint interviews with the Denmark office.
- Term: Rolling basis until the position is filled.
