About the role#
We are looking for a Process Engineering Intern to join our team in Beloit, Wisconsin, during the Summer of 2027. This full-time internship is designed for students to apply classroom theory to practical manufacturing projects. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain insight into our business units and operations.
What you'll do#
- Execute capital and process-related projects to understand our manufacturing technology environment.
- Perform analytical project work using Six Sigma methodology.
- Manage materials and service requirements.
- Participate in specific training and development programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while following our core values of empowerment, expertise, integrity, innovation, and responsibility.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student in an ABET accredited Chemical or Biochemical Engineering program.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction.
- A 3.0 GPA or higher is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
