Manufacturing Tech Co-Op

About the role#

This Manufacturing Tech Co-Op position offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain practical experience in a chemical manufacturing environment. Participants will work alongside engineering professionals on projects involving process safety management, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and material and energy balances. This role is designed to provide challenging work assignments that enhance technical skills and professional growth.

What you'll do#

• Support engineers in executing plant trials and troubleshooting daily production and maintenance issues.
• Write experimental outlines, execute tests, and report findings.
• Provide administrative and technical support to manufacturing, production, and maintenance teams.
• Assist with capital projects and process design.
• Engage with unit operations including separations, reaction engineering, spray drying, and bulk solids handling.
• Participate in shift work as required.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in a Chemical Engineering undergraduate program.
• Strong background in math and statistics with a technical aptitude for unit operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Commitment to working safely and complying with all corporate and site EHS guidelines.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Term: Summer and Fall 2026 (June 2026 – December 2026).
