About the role#
This Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op position is based in Pryor, Oklahoma. You will work on-site to support plant operations and engineering projects. This role involves technical tasks related to unit operations such as separations, reactions, drying, milling, and evaporation.
What you'll do#
- Assist engineers with plant trials and troubleshoot daily production and maintenance issues.
- Write experimental outlines, carry out tests, and report your findings.
- Support manufacturing through technical and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to capital projects and process design.
- Engage with Process Safety Management protocols.
- Participate in shift work as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore, junior, or senior in a BS degree program, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all site SHE guidelines.
- Compliance with the requirements of your university career services center.
