IDS Engineering Group is offering a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. This program provides students with hands-on experience in civil engineering, allowing them to apply theoretical knowledge to practical projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
What you'll do#
- Support engineering teams by conducting research and data analysis for ongoing projects.
- Assist in the preparation of design layouts and technical documentation.
- Participate in project meetings to contribute ideas and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to solve engineering problems.
- Gain exposure to various engineering software and tools.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and seek feedback for professional development.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Biomedical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong academic performance with a solid foundation in engineering principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
- Familiarity with engineering software, such as AutoCAD or MATLAB, is a plus.
