About the role#
As a Product Management Intern within the Infrastructure Growth and Innovation team, you will work at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience. You will collaborate with experienced Product Managers to support the development and execution of product initiatives. This role offers exposure to the full product lifecycle, from initial strategy and market analysis to roadmap planning and go-to-market execution.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Product Managers to plan and execute product initiatives.
- Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and perform competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Track product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Research industry trends and emerging technologies to support innovation.
- Prepare presentations and recommendations for stakeholders and project teams.
- Gain experience with the tools, frameworks, and processes used to bring products to market.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaborate effectively within cross-functional, global teams.
- A drive to work toward specific business targets.
- Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability when learning new technologies.
- Interest in product management, digital transformation, or enterprise IT services.
- Working knowledge of product lifecycle management, agile development, financial modeling, or business case development is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI, security, automation, and market dynamics.
