About the role#
As a Federal Consulting Intern, you will join the IBM US Federal team to deliver technology solutions for government agencies. You will work with federal, state, and local clients while developing expertise in government compliance and security standards. This role focuses on professional growth through mentorship and hands-on experience on client projects.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to real client projects across diverse industries.
- Participate in primary research and collaborate with teams to help clients navigate market trends and refine competitive strategies.
- Design models to improve operational processes and client experiences.
- Support workshops, meetings, and interviews to document client requirements.
- Shadow product teams and assist with enterprise-wide data integrations.
- Contribute to data analytics assessments and participate in cloud migration and system implementations.
What you'll need#

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance.
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
