About the role#
As a Co-Op Package Consultant, you will support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation and configuration projects. You will work within a consulting team to assist public sector clients, gaining hands-on experience with CRM systems, business process design, and stakeholder engagement. This is a year-long co-op position based in University Park, Pennsylvania.
What you'll do#
- Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement configuration across Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
- Assist in workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with client personnel.
- Document business processes and translate them into functional D365 configurations.
- Participate in CRM implementation tasks, including system design, data migration support, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate and document configurations to ensure they meet client requirements and compliance needs.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage workloads in an agile environment.
- Leadership experience and effective communication skills, including active listening.
- A growth mindset with the initiative to seek new knowledge and take ownership of tasks.
- Foundational quantitative analysis skills and the ability to develop data-driven recommendations.
- Interest in or experience with SAP software.
- Familiarity with programming technologies such as ABAP, SAP BTP JavaScript, HTML, XML, or SQL is a plus.
Location & details#
- This role is located on-site in State College, PA.
- You must be able to work on-site during the academic year.
- Expected hours are up to 20 hours per week while classes are in session.
- You may work up to 40 hours per week during academic breaks.
- The term covers Summer 2027, Fall 2027, Winter 2028, and Spring 2028.
- This is a paid internship.
