About the role#
This internship supports our regulatory and quality documentation processes. You will work on-site at our corporate office in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The role requires a commitment of at least 10 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Publish and maintain Product Information Sheets for manufactured products.
- Review and manage Customer Specification Agreements.
- Coordinate inbound testing for foreign food products.
- Complete item set-ups for new size, relabel, and rebrand projects.
- Assist with Optiva formula edits and related system requests.
- Maintain vendor specification sheets and certificates of analysis for technical and food grade products.
- Handle item inactivations and purges.
- Manage regulatory flags including TSCA 12b, mercury, and lead.
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Regulatory Affairs Manager.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a natural science program, such as Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Health Administration, Public Health, or Agriculture.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to research regulatory issues, including CFR interpretation.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
