About the role#
We are looking for an Engineering Co-op to join our team in Waterville. This is a full-time, paid position with a rolling term. You will work on-site to support our manufacturing operations and sustainability goals.
What you'll do#
- Assist with standard engineering assignments and tasks.
- Collect, compile, and analyze data to support development initiatives.
- Solve daily operational issues and challenges.
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Follow all company procedures, rules, and regulations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort working in environments that may include heat, cold, dust, or noise.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work overtime, shifts, or travel if required by the schedule.
