About the role#
Join the Personal Systems team to support product management initiatives for computing peripherals and software. You will contribute to product concepts that address customer needs and market opportunities. This internship is intended for conversion to a full-time role, pending performance and headcount availability.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research.
- Analyze data to create actionable product insights.
- Support concept planning for computing peripherals and software experiences.
- Define user needs, product requirements, and use cases.
- Create visual concepts, presentations, and product recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Use AI and analytics tools to improve research and decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with data analysis, research, and competitive analysis.
- Understanding of user-centered design and UX/UI principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize work and collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency with standard productivity software.
- Experience with AI tools, Power BI, Figma, Miro, and product planning tools.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

- Location: Austin, Texas.

- Schedule: Full-time.
- Compensation: $29 to $33 per hour.
